ElectroRoute announced as a finalist in the Outstanding Contribution category in the inaugural Irish Wind Industry Awards. 25 Jan 2019
The Irish Wind Industry Awards, organised by the Irish Wind Energy Association (IWEA), celebrates the most original and innovative individuals and companies demonstrating excellence in their fields and the Irish wind energy sector.
The Outstanding Contribution Award recognises the very best in the wind industry – those going above and beyond to shape the industry’s future.
Caoimhe Giblin, Head of Client Services at ElectroRoute said “ElectroRoute is delighted to be shortlisted for the Outstanding Contribution Award. ElectroRoute has pioneered the provision of innovative trading services to the Irish renewable sector, providing value, flexibility and independence for wind farm owners”.
ElectroRoute is also sponsoring the Innovation in Research & Development award which is designed to recognise parties which have contributed to the growth and development of the wind sector through innovative R&D. There are seven parties shortlisted for the Innovation in Research & Development award:
- Natural Power
- Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy
- MaREI – Offshore Renewable Energy Group
The winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony on Friday, 25th January 2019, hosted by Ivan Yates in Clontarf Castle, Dublin.
