Shane O’Rourke

Shane is the Head of Middle Office at ElectroRoute, which encompasses our Risk Management, Portfolio Management and Pricing teams. Shane joined in 2023 as acting Risk Manager, having previously covered trading risk within European gas and power markets at bp and Petronas. Before specialising in market risk, Shane held roles with Endesa Ireland, ENEL, and EDF Energy.

Shane studied at University of Limerick (BBS) and University of Fairfield, Connecticut (MSc Finance).
